You may be tempted to skip these “failure” based messages… in favor of something more positive. DON’T. The point here is to WAKE US UP… to JOLT US ALERT… so that we are able to recognize any potential failure mechanisms at work in our own businesses. We ALL have them… and it’s up to us to see them for what they are, call them out, and then dismantle them — before they dismantle what we’re up to.
