MOST of what you’ve heard so far about business is dead wrong. (Hence, you know… that pesky 80% failure rate.)
So, what do women entrepreneurs NEED in order to create WILD success on their own terms?

1) A manifesto, creed, tendency towards DEFIANCE.
I created Women Who WOW to be THE place for women entrepreneurs who couldn’t BARE to attend another “business as usual” meeting. I created WOW to be THE place for women who DARE to break the rules, who refuse to — and resent any HINT of assumption that they should — try to “fit in.” Because there are an AWFUL lot of rule followers out there masquerading as badasses.
But watch closely.
They CAREFULLY dot every “i.”
They DUTIFULLY follow the leader.
They ROUTINELY look around to be sure they’re not standing out TOO MUCH.
They DESPERATELY seek your applause.
IF you want OUTRAGEOUS success,
ON YOUR OWN TERMS,
you must embrace a healthy dose of defiance.
You must get used to standing out,
having attention,
slinging YOUR TRUTH at your market,
waving your own flag.
I am here for the “crazy” ones.
The ones who actually have the AUDACITY to believe that they are made for, born for, created for OUTRAGEOUS success… the ones who are determined to make “bank” AND a difference. The “crazy ones” who will do what others won’t in order to increase their influence, their impact and — yes, of course — their income.
Defiance.
Like confidence,
and certainty,
ARE CONTAGIOUS.
Which leads me to the SECOND thing that women entrepreneurs need to succeed WILDLY and on their own terms.
2) FINICKY ASSOCIATION.
Women Who WOW members BENEFIT dramatically from being around OTHER industry makers, from hanging around other defiant ones.
And — equally important — foregoing “association” with those who are “normal,” those “entrepreneurs” plodding along in a perpetual groundhog day of preparing and branding and following the rules….
Because you know what ELSE is contagious?
Timidity.
Playing small.
Being afraid to stand out or take a risk.
I can attest to the fact that MOST “groups” of small business owners (women – only or otherwise) are a CESS POOL of small thinking and small acting. And it rubs off. You’ve been warned.
3) NUANCED DIRECTION.
You simply will not gain much from a “box” or a 6-week “school” that was created — who knows when — for mass consumption.
NO, your business ISN’T “different.”
The same rules for sales and marketing are MOSTLY finite…. timeless…. and all of that STILL applies.
Of course.
BUT, you ARE different.
And the times are ALWAYS changing.
Seriously driven women entrepreneurs
SMART women entrepreneurs,
need and DEMAND
real time feedback…
ACCESS to their leaders,
They want to SHAPE the training they get,
so that it is ALWAYS the perfect fit.

Well, I KNOW my members.

I CELEBRATE.
But I also check them out.
I visit their site.
I peruse their social media accounts.

for THEM…
And not some “off the shelf” GENERAL guidance,
that could apply to ANYONE.

Look, I make more money,
and have more influence,

YET, I am STILL largely done with my “work” — which includes Bible time and journaling time — by 11 AM EST.
My PACE,
members say,
inspires them.
I am at peace,
radiate calm,
but I PRODUCE more content,
show up DAILY,
SERVE them DAILY.
Many say that they get more DONE in ONE month — with WOW membership — than they did in the previous year. Many increase their income BY MULTIPLES in the first few months of membership.
Why? PACE.
They PICK UP THEIR PaCE.
They indulge “self-doubt” a lot less. (Doubting yourself — it turns out– takes a LOT of time.)
