So…. I’m in a Facebook group and a participant shared her wisdom: “If a coach says she can help you double or triple your income, you should run from her!”
This woman is a “seasoned” speaker,
and a proud member of the national association for speakers that — no joke — has the poorest paid speakers in the world.
I have been in her world,
and I know one thing:
People who LEAPFROG to the top of THAT industry
are DESPISED. People who don’t do the obligatory slow crawl up the income ladder THEY (the powers that be) had to crawl up… aren’t welcome. People who aren’t willing to pay their OWN fare to cart their ass around the country to speak for FREE… well, they’re never gonna be “part of the gang.”
And good for them.
I was willing to do NONE of those things,
I’m not EVEN that great of a speaker,
will NEVER be part of THAT gang…
and yet I command pretty decent speaking fees when I AM willing to leave my house to go and speak somewhere,
which admittedly isn’t often.
Still, I earn far more than most members of that association.
And while I’m making THAT woman even MORE furious with this post,
Yep…
MANY women who WOW members have doubled their income after joining. I’m going to be interviewing a few coming up, starting with a couple women who have broken through 6-figures — for the first time — and continue to keep climbing.
One member (that I know of) tripled her income.
A few have broken or are breaking the million dollar mark after hovering at around $250K for a few years.
Now, I didn’t PROMISE any of this would happen.
But I’m not surprised by it either.
What women who WOW provides,
as a coaching and mentoring platform,
simply isn’t found anywhere else.
The financial wins are fun. They certainly provide “feathers” in the cap of my brand. But that’s not what it’s about. The money wins are REALLY about the deeper wins they represent.
💪🏼 The woman who can live ANYWHERE because she can work from anywhere.
💪🏼 The woman who doesn’t have to “sweat” college tuition for her kids, because she’s got it fully covered.
💪🏼 The woman who looks her husband SQUARELY in the eye now when having financial conversations… because he’s no longer funding her business… the business is now funding cars and vacations for the two of them.
💪🏼 The woman who no longer has to stress over her rent and bills as a new divorcee.
💪🏼 The family that can afford alternative treatments for their son who has special needs, whether insurance covers it or not.
💪🏼 The woman who confidently leaves an abusive relationship because she is now empowered financially.
💪🏼 The woman who proudly retires her husband from a job he hates.
💪🏼 The woman who feels PROUD of her business and the lifestyle it now — finally — funds.
💪🏼 The three friends who now get to meet for coffee or lunch or WHATEVER because they’re all earning more than they need… on their own terms.
💪🏼 The family who has its mom “back” as she continues to be a top earner, but without laying down her life for every dollar.
These are the REAL wins, I think…
and there are more.
These are just the ones that are coming to my recollection right now as I prepare for a shopping day with my oldest who is turning TWENTY-ONE next week.
Anyway, I am looking at these wins with SOME nostalgia.

I’ve dreaded this moment.
Although it’s necessary,
and I’m excited for the new opportunities this level of growth ushers in,
I am VERY aware of what new members will NO LONGER receive as part of membership:
twice monthly 1:1 time with me.
This time is precious.
Not only because of the wins we’ve created (I’ll let my members tell you more about that.)
but also because of the intimacy it fosters.
