I make more money,
because I sell more often. Period.
(Every day, actually. Multiple times per day.)
When I sold less often,
I made less money.
I am the Chief SALES officer of my company.
YES, I use content marketing as my tool / medium of choice.
I create content
specifically, deliberately, consistently
to generate leads and nurture the sale.
BUT I’m also VERY DIRECTLY
asking for the sale.
So, the next time you look at your weekly sales income and think, “OH CRAP… not again!” take a pause.
Fine.
You made / received $0.
It happens.
But the REAL question is this:
How much did you TRY to sell?
If you counted up every dollar that you ASKED people to spend with your company / brand / products…. what is THAT total?
Because most of the time when people report making $0,
they’ve also
NOT BEEN SELLING.
They sold nothing,
because they asked no one to buy.
You see, posting,
sharing
talking about your product…
isn’t selling.
It’s just talking. It’s just littering the internet. It’s just contributing to the noise.
SELLING is more intimate.
more direct.
It’s ASKING people to message you about an opportunity,
to buy from you,
to visit your store or office,
to schedule a consult.
The more you ASK,
the more you make.
