Balance. It used to be a HOT buzz word for women, whether they worked in corporate America or for themselves. After ONE gymnastics class with my girls — focusing on the BALANCE beam — I realized that this whole balance thing wasn’t for me.
And you know what? If your DESIRE to succeed is constantly being “checked” by this pursuit of balance, it will cost you in terms of business success.
