As an entrepreneur, there is ONLY one cause of financial hardship: It is VERY SIMPLY not selling ENOUGH of your product at ENOUGH profit.
Period.
Are you thinking, “DUH????”
Well, then…
WHY do we respond to THIS problem,
“I don’t have enough money, because I’m not selling enough of my stuff at high enough profits.”
With an unrelated solution:
- I must need another certification.
- I need to get a new website.
- I should buy click funnels.
- I need an assistant.
- I need to create something NEW to sell. =)
If it were SOOOO “Duh” in our minds,
we’d know the answer.
Not enough money = Need to BEAT THE STREETS selling.
It’s simple,
and it’s effective.
It’s worked since the first man or woman opened their business.
And what’s more…
you already know this.
I’ve seen you do it.
When the pressure
(financial or otherwise)
is on.
I’ve seen you (also)
drag your precious feet,
wishing, hoping, praying
for another way..
ANY other way….
=)
and then, finally….
you do it.
You sell to your market.
You make offers.
You follow up.
And you collect money.
Like magic. =)
One of my pet peeves is someone coming to me in financial hardship and wanting to avoid selling. Or complicate it… hide the selling effort behind a smoke screen of funnels or branding or learning or whatever.
Look, let’s settle this:
we’re entrepreneurs.
The ONLY way we get paid,
is when we sell.
That IS the way.
