EVERY DAY ALCHEMY: THE KEY TO TRANSFORMING MEDIOCRE EFFORT INTO EXTRAORDINARY RESULTS

My middle daughter once wrote me a poem entitled, “An Average Woman.” 😊 What can I say? The girl gets me.

I am NOTHING if not average. I have HIGH drive in nearly EVERY area, but not particularly high skill in ANY area. The skill I DO have has come from YEARS or decades of practice. Trust me, my confidence is always higher than my competence, in most areas. 😊

The level of — and longevity of — success I’ve achieved in this extremely competitive, showy and fickle industry, the opportunities i have had to impact some of the most known names in the industry and even to be viewed as their “secret weapon,” the stages i get to be on, the life I’ve created entirely on my own terms…

ALL OF THIS has been achieved…

❌ Not because I paid for access to a particular name or “tribe,” as I never have
❌ Not because I am BETTER at writing or speaking than so many others, as this is not the case
❌ Certainly not because my BRANDING has ever been so world-class,
❌ Not because I finally figured out the algorithm or join-the-dots secret system that allowed me to “break through,”

All of what is NOW my reality
was made possible
because I took MEDIOCRE effort,
every
single
day.

Not heroic efforts,
not balls-to-the-wall effort,
not 8 to late effort,
but small chunks of FOCUSED effort,
towards a single goal
every
single
day.

THAT is how you turn average into extraordinary…
THAT is how you turn mediocrity into hell yes!
THIS is every day alchemy.

You take that average effort
and you exert it
WITH INTENTION
every
single
day.

Too few EVER do this. Not because of a lack of talent. MANY are far more naturally talented than me. But,

❌ They lack the COURAGE to start when they still suck.
❌ They lack the GRIT to keep going when “it” feels so far off.
❌ They lack the FOCUS to stay the course, and hop off on every POSSIBLE exit between their current NOW and their ultimate goals.
❌ They lack the STAYING POWER that definitely gets attention AND RESPECT.

So, if you are NOT WHERE YOU WANT (& deserve) to be… PLEASE stop looking for the right platform, or the perfect SAAS, or some secret funnel hack….

Look at bringing a GRITTY,
FOCUSED
COURAGEOUS you
to the table of life and business.

Some will resent you for it. Your courage will highlight their cowardice. Your voice may irritate their delicate sensibilities, or impede their agenda. Your confidence may erode their own.

But none of this is up to you,
what is up to YOU ….
is how YOU show up,
which VERSION of you
the world gets to see each day.
