Women Who WOW is growing by leaps and bounds, and the growth we have planned for 2019 makes me giddy. But I was challenged recently to identify the HEART of Women Who WOW, and to make it PUBLIC.
First, what is the HEART, the PULSE of Women Who WOW?
đź‘ We’re a multi-media, multi-state, multi-nation coaching and mentoring platform for seriously driven women entrepreneurs. There’s a LOT that goes on here. Via video. Via a library of content. Via 1:1 time with me. Via e-coaching. Via a group mastermind. Via print. Via audio. blah, blah, blah.
Like with YOUR offer,
with YOUR business,
there are a bunch of moving parts to WOW.
You get it, because your offer is the same.
What you GIVE your people
is multi-pronged, multi-faceted.
While it is NOT easy,
— as I learned through journaling and creating private audios this weekend —
identifying the HEART of your work,
is totally worth it.
It’s a challenge I’m giving my members this week,
to WHITTLE their work down to the ONE thing
— that without it —
their work is just, you know, average.
Replicable.
I was issued this same challenge,
and struggled mightily…
but the AHA…
the marketable advantage you create
on the other side of this challenge, my friend…
is worth its weight in gold.
My own struggle resulted in questions like,
❌ Is the heart of my work the no b.s. marketing and sales strategy? (no.)
❌ Is it the daily commitment to showing up? (no.)
❌ Is it the BRAVE commitment to show up ruthlessly authentic in every connection with your market? (no, but getting closer.)
❌ Is it the sisterhood between members and also between members and me? (no, but inching close enough to hear the buh, buh… buh, buh… of the pulse of my business.)
Truthfully as I wrestled with each aspect of what we offer our members, I came up with ONE HEARTBEAT that runs through all of it.
And I was
at first
DEVASTATED by how BORING it was.
How utterly UNSexy it was,
How completely UNCLEVER it was.
But the truth of what I had uncovered
and now
— due to my commitment to this process,
must make visible —
and lay bare in front of the market is this:
❤️ The HEART of my work is…. CONFIDENCE. ❤️
I know, right?

Stay with me.
I promise to make this better.
♦️ Our members come to WOW for a confidence that isn’t rocked by a low sales week or because some influencer, prospect or media outlet ignored you.
♦️ Our members come for a confidence that doesn’t ebb and flow with every season.
♦️ Our members come for a confidence in the simple… a confidence in their offer… a confidence in their value that they can then TRANSLATE into an energy that attracts and sells.
♦️ Our members come to WOW for a confidence that fuels their success and keeps them consistent in their actions to grow their business.
♦️ Our members come to WOW for the confidence of youth… a rock solid confidence that is EVIDENT in the marketplace, one that says, “Here I am, un-diluted for public consumption, un-altered for and un-affected by public applause.”
But mainly, Women Who WOW members get
♦️ the confidence that when they need the RIGHT WORDS to say, they have a place to come,
♦️ the confidence that when they need someone to bounce ideas off of, or a person to talk them off the ledge, they have a person — or persons — to turn to,
♦️ the confidence that when they need a strategy, a tweak, a twist, a nip or a tuck to their marketing or offer, they can come to someone who has BEEN there and who knows what it is like to build success out of thin air.
♦️ A confidence in who they are and their ultimate position and destination within their industry.
You see, confidence isn’t something you “get” once and never need to address again. It’s something you sometimes need to borrow, sometimes need to feign, but DAILY need to build.
When women entrepreneurs have THIS kind of confidence,
🔥 they’re bolder and more consistent marketers,
🔥 they show up as leaders, rather than waiting to be APPOINTED as a leader,
🔥 they spend less time second-guessing and more time sharing their message.
🔥 they soar past the six-figure mark, and KEEP soaring… with an ease and speed that eludes (currently) 94% of women business owners OUTSIDE of women Who WOW. (Inside of WOW, more than 70% of our members are six-figure earners.)
🔥They BOLDLY share the message and sell the products they ARE FULLY in love with, instead of twisting themselves into PRETZELS to figure out “the best thing to sell.”
🔥 They no longer CHASE people, strategies, approval, appointments, clients, prospects, affirmation OR shiny objects… and instead,
take the position of a lighthouse,
shining
and beaconing

into the safe harbor of their business.
When women entrepreneurs have THIS level of confidence, Life changes. How they approach business, relationships, friendships and money changes. What they TOLERATE
from themselves
and from others
changes.
So, yeah…
the HEART of my offer
is boring old confidence.
But, it matters.
To hundreds
and soon to be thousands
of women entrepreneurs,
it matters.
And it matters a lot.
