Aging prompted TiffanyBroderick to start the company Fullips, dedicated to giving you — you guessed it — fuller lips! As she started to age, some of the things she took for granted in her younger years began to disappear! In this particular case, thinning lips led her to launch her company in her 50’s. Late in life by most entrepreneurial standards, but it was something she REALLY had fun doing.
She developed her product as a quick and easy way to rejuvenate her look with a more natural route than injections or other cosmetic surgery. Check out her website. She is all about aging gracefully and using as many natural methods as possible and wants to give others that option as well.

The biggest business lesson Tiffany has learned is this: Ask questions and don’t think for a second that you know it all! She has learned that everyone should educate themselves in their industry and ask other people for help. She says it is amazing how willing people are to show you the ropes and their knowledge is indispensable. Broderick has faced some typical challenges, the stuff you read about in start-up books, along with things that were completely unexpected like facing counterfeit issues out of places like China. She says without surrounding herself with incredible tram members AND a solid network, her business would not be nearly as successful as it is.
