Salcura — providing safe, effective and natural solutions for problem skin — was originally developed in the 1990’s by German bio-scientist, Dr Martin Schiele, to treat the skin problems of factory workers handling chemicals. The biggest lesson Kyle Washer — the company’s marketing coordinator — has learned in business so far is that you must provide and maintain value to your customers in order to be successful. Pretty simple, right? He’s also learned that — especially in the natural market — consumers will flock towards brands that they can relate to, that they can believe in, and that have a personal connection with them. If businesses keep an imaginary wall between themselves and their customers, then how can they constantly improve their value? Washer feels that if he provides value that meets the needs and wants of the consumer, he will have customers for life.
