I saw this on a friend’s post but can’t find it now to see who it was! I don’t really consider myself “spiritual,” though…
I’m faith based.
I’m a Christ-follower.
My world view is Biblical.
But it still resonates. The courage to be TRULY authentic… is an act of FAITH.
LIVING in the knowledge that you were born worthy.
WALKING in the knowing that you were fearfully and wonderfully made.
BELIEVING that not only were YOU not an accident, but no part of you was an accident….
No part of you is “wrong” or not enough..
And — because I SEE you woman —
no part of you is too much.
The reason FULL authenticity is so MAGNETIC (personally and professionally) is because it is so rare.
We tend to show off ONLY the parts we dusted off 
the parts of our soul that we KNOW the masses will accept…
And what’s worse is we TRY TO FIX the parts of us that we’ve been told are too much, the parts that others have found inconvenient, too demanding, too weird.
Too many women entrepreneurs are claiming authenticity while they fight hard to catch the beat of some other entrepreneur, crossing their t’s and dotting their i’s while also claiming some version of badassery.
I’m not saying they’re NOT badasses.
Just that their dutiful stepfordpreneur march is DULLING their shine and their natural magnetism..
Their willingness to comply so hard, in order to succeed IS ACTUALLY COSTING them.
Costing them sales, absolutely. Of course.
Consider it: all the things that make you YOU, the stuff you hide as too weird or too much or too confronting…. THOSE are connection points, woman. If you give them nothing to connect to, you drive them into the arms / in box/ office of someone else selling what you sell. The things you THINK you need to dress up, shine up, hide or leave off the table are VERY OFTEN the things that would make them CHOOSE you.

but most importantly, this ALMOST authentic thing they (you?) have going on… is costing their soul.
there is no such thing as almost authentic.

DEFINITELY… some people will be repulsed by the real you, appalled, offended. lol..
But who cares? Those are NOT your people.
YOUR people will be drawn in like moths to a flame.
