I once had a friend who considered herself a “sexual anorexic.” Although married, she had sex maybe once every 18 months and — no surprise — found herself with NO desire for sex. Like a “food” anorexic… the less they eat, the less they have a desire to eat.
THIS IS THE PRINCIPLE BEHIND WHY I’M ABSOLUTELY COMMITTED TO CREATING CASH **DAILY** IN MY BUSINESS.
Have you ever talked to a business owner who STILL isn’t making money in their business? After YEARS? I have and I just don’t get it.
When did they allow it to be acceptable for their business to NOT do it’s PRIMARY job?
Slowly…. Slowly is the answer.
⏰ First month, no income. “It just takes time.”
⏰First year, no income. “I’m right on the cusp… it’ll happen eventually.”
⏰ Second year, first quarter, no income. “I’m laying the foundation. I’m so close, I want to get it perfect.”
And on and on and on.
Look, even though anorexia is NOT a natural state (for you or) for your business, make NO mistake… it IS sustainable, at least for a while.
The CURE for all of this… is the opposite of financial anorexia:
🎉 To see a day with NO cash creation as a weird anomaly…. And
🎉Allowing (demanding?) your business to create cash ON THE REGULAR… DAILY.
Your business exists to FUND your vision, maybe even your purpose. And, creating CASH is the most natural state for your business…. So, let’s do it.
