since DAY ONE
to fund my life
and provide a container in which I can live ENTIRELY according to my own priorities and preferences.

In the very beginning, my business funded my ability to keep the bills paid without having a babysitter, nanny or day care for my kids. Zero judgement for any other mother’s choices, but for ME, my PRIORITY was being the primary caregiver for my kids. I wanted to work and I HAD to work, but I wanted to work AROUND my family.
Mission accomplished.
I always thought I’d go “back to work” after my kids went to school. But then, I chose to home school, which extended my entrepreneurial pursuits SIMPLY because I needed to fund my life as a homeschool mom.
**NOTE: Running a business that provided a full time income WHILE birthing / nursing / raising / schooling three kids meant I HAD to create price leverage from the very beginning. I had to learn from DAY ONE to create an offer that provided maximum income for minimum time, to break FREE from the exchanging time for money trap.**
Then came a desire / preference for private school ($$$$ x 3) vs. public (free). So, the business had to fund that.
Somewhere along the line, I became unemployable and more than a BIT obsessed with exploring just how far I could stretch the potential of this business… I became obsessed with all the things:

👢 Pricing and price elasticity
👢 Branding (way beyond logos)
👢Positioning (Media, baby…. YEAH>>>>)
👢Mindset
👢 Identity
👢Messaging (Don’t freak out.. this is just talking with your market!)
and how all of these things work together to create a business that OBEDIENTLY PERFORMS for the entrepreneur at the helm. Because your business IS your own creation.
