There is a ton of non-cash-creating content on the internet. For example:
✍🏻 Educational content abounds… and the author’s HOPE is to make themselves look smart enough to earn someone’s money. BUT education without action is useless in the world of business.
✍🏻 Engaging content abounds… and the author’s HOPE is to get enough “engagement” on these meaningless “Which of these pictures shows how you like your toast” posts to TRICK the internet gods into showing MORE of their posts. BUT, engagement without PURPOSE is — at best — entertaining.
But the KEY to creating content
— whether that is a facebook post
or a YouTube video
or a sales page
or a funnel
or an email invite —
that creates SALES
is this:
You must create content that is FOCUSED on,
OBSESSED with,
ALL ABOUT
moving your market FORWARD.
Forward movement.
THAT’s always the goal.
NEVER leave them where you found them.
IF you’re educating them but leaving them uninspired or unmotivated, you may as well have stayed home. If you’re engaging them, but not helping them get something THEY want, or get closer to something they want… you’re just a tease. If you’re doing ALL THE THINGS,
but you’re not DIRECTLY DOING the following,
you’re wasting your time:
⭐️ You want to convey YOUR BELIEF in them. I CHAMPION women entrepreneurs. I BELIEVE in them. I BET on them. And YOUR PEOPLE need to feel this from you.
⭐️ You want to show how SMALL shifts are THE MOST POWERFUL, and how their dream __________________ is possible — even probable — for them. Why? Because this is 100% true.
⭐️ You want to provide DIRECTION for them. For God’s sakes, don’t just leave them where your content found them. TEll them where they can go next, to start a journey with you… or to simply get closer to where they WANT to be.
⭐️ You want to explain WHY what they’ve tried before DID NOT WORK for them and why your solution is different. (This dissolves the concrete around their feet… poured by the REGRET of past buying decisions made.)
