Tracey came to Stella & Dot from the financial industry. The stress of working at a desk, in an office for hours and hours each day was no longer an option for her due to a life-changing health issue. She dabbled in several part-time jobs, never quite finding the right fit for her needs. She came across Stella & Dot just before their rebranding and instantly recognized it as the opportunity she had been waiting for.

After doing extensive research on the company and its founder, Jessica Herrin (she admits to being somewhat of a research fanatic), she signed up. “It was a decision I will never regret,” Tracey says. I don’t know that I’m qualified to offer words of wisdom (We beg to differ, Tracey!) except to say, “Deciding to succeed before you have is the smartest, most effective way to make it happen. You eliminate all the wishy-washy, back and forth chatter that goes on in your head about wondering if you are doing the right thing. You have already made the decision and now all you have to do is work on the “how”.
